September 21st 2009 will see the release of the addictive summer smash ‘STAY THE SAME’ from the UK’s most talked about electronic prospect - autoKratz. This mammoth electro-indie dance-floor banger is the second single to be taken from the outstanding debut album ‘Animal’ (out now on pioneering Parisian label Kitsune / Co-operative Music). With an infectious bass hook, epic chorus and driving beats, STAY THE SAME is sure to see the band continue to state their undeniable claim to joining the royalty of electronic music.

The remix package features a massive peak time offering from producer-of-the-moment Noob, fresh from his massive remixes for Tiga & D.I.M. He is joined by Deathface, which features autoKratz Kitsune stable mate Johnny from Guns n' Bombs. His interpretation is dark, nasty and very very scary. Japans finest electro proteges 80Kidz provide a poppier take on things with compulsive melodies and old school riffs. Finlly, strong mixes from French newcomers Logo and London's The Rogue Element complete this extremely special package.

It follows previous single ALWAYS MORE, a moment of electro-pop perfection, which caused a mighty a stir back in June, featuring regularly on the playlists of Pete Tong (R1), Steve Lamacq (R1), Kissy Sell Out (R1), Lauren Laverne (6Music) and Nemone (6Music). The press response was as equally ecstatic with dazzling reviews across the board including NME, The Star and The Guardian.

autoKratz formidable live shows across the globe have seen them become one of the most sought after breakthrough prospects in electronic music. This summer has seen them receive a rapturous response at festivals throughout Europe, whilst their own sell-out headline shows across the UK culminated with an ecstatic homecoming at London’s Scala back in June - a performance which justified why autoKratz have been touted as ‘the most significant live electronic act to have emerged in recent years.’

Stay The Same offers a glimpse of the variety and depth on the critically acclaimed ‘Animal’, showing what a remarkable album should be expected, justifying the bands standing as the flag bearers of the new wave of British electronic music. Since first storming onto the scene last year, autoKratz have swiftly established a reputation for releasing some of the most exciting dance-floor smashes around. ‘Animal’however does much more, as the duo explore their song-writing craft further to create an extremely innovative record. The band have so far received immense support from across the board, finding spots on the playlists of Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Steve Lamacq, whilst receiving club support from the likes of Tiga, Erol Alkan and Brodinski.
