I'm really shocked about Tiff McGinnis eviction notice. Years ago when we moved into this nearly empty, ownerless, Zombie building and she was in trouble I personally said to come down here... She made it heaven on earth - one of the most glamourous flats ever - a faded Hollywood on sea. The real and existential threat to creative people here in Hastings and all over London, South East and in England - is even with "market" rents - artificially high property prices and subsidised student are forcing the artists out. It is a sad moment in time. If anyone knows of a flat and beautiful place locally for Her and two lovely pets to go - please let her [or me know]! #house #crisis #creative #life
