Thurs July 30th --to-- today Friday October 2nd : Little over 2 month recovery from a minor domestic 3-stair fall ... Pelvis injury / moving to hip then Sciatica nerve numbness all in a row... Thankfully that's over with. For first 6 weeks didn't feel like it was even moving towards healing - but 5 really great acupuncturists, Physio, doctor, osteopath & cranialosteopath later it's no longer an issue - thank you all. Have swum more strongly every day --- 5 miles yesterday in sea - and almost tempted to swim it now --- we'll see
