Got asked to ask a question on the first leaders debate tomorrow ( sky news / channel 4 ) but producers asking to do my second question ( the Cameron Q was better ) on EM. Need to discuss how to ask the "will you be a competent leader" question without inadvertently hurting him unnecessarily. Is it possible to question EM like that and perhaps give them the opportunity to better make case? Personally I'm undecided as both labour and Tories have both pledged to make £30bn cuts albeit in different ways. Raving loony more credible than UKIP / lib dem. greens? Not sure as they've made a mess of Brighton and national leadership seems disheveled. The joys of British politics. Advice from Question writers out there welcomed.
