As Fashion Week leaves town and hits Milan, Urban Junkies x The
Collection have concocted a mix to take in the tracks loved and heard
across the 'On' and 'Off' schedule of events. The mood for Fall/Winter
2011 has been classical, slightly epic, and hard edged in places – and
we're not just talking clothes. Think punk, new wave and not
surprisingly a bit of dubstep, so we're starting with relative
newcomer Joash, then moving into Chilly Gonzales, Crystal Fighters and
a ubiquitous Daft Punk disco cover, followed by The Collection DJs
[Joshyouare, Blondeambition, Disastronaut] mashup party mixes before

WMC March 8-12 Ooooh there’s already been controversy surrounding this year’s Miami
Winter Music Conference. Usually held during the same week as sister
event Ultra Music Festival (making it oh so much easier for industry
peeps and partiers to descend on the city in one swift shot), this
year Ultra decided to change its dates. So which one should you
choose? At UJ it’s really a no-brainer, as for us the action is more
about the off-schedule events, the private pool parties, warm
sunshine, sea swimming, SoBe culture and a break from the Big Smoke.
We’ll be at WMC! Base camp at the Delano, taking in snippets of Soho
Beach House, and chowing down a few meals at Nobu, Zuma, Hakkasan,
Cecconi’s et al. If you're not going check out our WMC inspired mix,
