There is a huge spring tide running in channel today ( not as in season, but meaning a font of gushing water ) with the recent full moon and spring lunar positions. Must try to swim off shakespears beach in may, June and July spring tides to see how strong it really is. Apparently, talented channel swim association pilots can use the tides to your favour if you're strong enough. On way now to Paris to fashion week, the old way.
