There's been a near riot at Palace Court - neighbours decided to have a party of over 400 underage teenagers - and they were actively going through building breaking down doors and trashing the place.... bottles out the window and [we thought] trying to set place on fire - we had to hide Tiff McGinnis trike - and when police did come took almost 20 minutes to clear the party. #hastings
