New bar alert Brixton - a new "concept" bar is opening called BXT Frat house opening soon and It seems that they charmingly takes rape culture as an inspiration! Please Brixton this sexist ( as they've placed sexist imagery in their opening advertisements ), stupid and lowest of the low idea must be challenged. It should have no place in the neighbourhood. Love the assumptions 2 Tory/Republicans are making about me today on both sides of the pond. They don't really know what they're talking about. How is it possible, you might wonder that I might think both the Labour councils in Lambeth and Hastings are corrupt and need investigating - as well as hating the Tory MP for undisclosed business interests. I can hate them both. Corruptions and unearned benefits are bad wherever you are on the spectrum. The fact that Osborne's budget is falling apart and being kicked into the tall grass - is good news. The sooner they are out, the better.
The dominos are starting to fall over rather quickly. Be interesting to see if Cameron gets boot after EU referendum with Osborne heading with him for back benches. ( This is on top of the newly discovered promise to EDF for £22bn at Hinkely if plant closes pre 2060! ) billions lost by this idiot. They should also bring in drug testing just for this goon.
English comprehensive schools are going to hell so quickly. Calling Labour, Lib dems, greens, SNP & but especially Corbyn - you need to wake up and stop mumbling over the dispatch box - OPPOSE you spineless motherfuckers! Have you no idea how to fight? Now the entire English school system will soon be exempt from curriculum and national pay regulations. Giving away the entire school system to largely unregulated and unelected "syndicates" is appalling and unprecedented in the world. No wonder the biggest Tory donors were Academy syndicates. The tuning fork arrived and did a wonderful thing. Tuned the one string that was unhappy after @lucybellgallery show & the prepared piano piece. The problem now is I want to detune an entire piano so if you have a spare grand or baby grand #piano that needs a home please let me know - can collect - so will have differently tuned strings
Was looking for idea for my next #piano record and Red @redmutha gave me a stack of sheet music. In the 100 or so pieces was this... So have decided the next 4 records will be 'slow' variations on the Suite Bergamasque - one page at a time. Part 3 is in 9/8 metre. Overall Suite Bergamasque consists of four movements: "Prélude" "Menuet" "Clair de lune" "Passepied" The first three movements include a common motif: "Prélude": F – E – F – E – D (bar 11) "Menuet": G – F – G – F – E (bar 6) "Clair de lune": F – E♭ – F – E♭ – D♭ (bars 1–2) #piano #debussy #clairdelune #modern #reworks
