Where's the petitions ( sorry Quentin ) to end war in Syria ? Security & contingencies must be in place before fall of Bashar Al-Assad which is seemingly imminent. No fly zones / total arms blockade to both combatants / and stabilisation must be primary objectives. 6 or 8 million displaced. Why no leadership Cameron? Anyone?
