Developing [in my head] a Mountain stage in and around the small town of Hastings as there are some 15%-30% gradients and hills everywhere... lets call it the Alpe D'Hastings stage... with the final stretch up Battery Hill maybe? Could re-create across East Sussex as Bostal Road in Steyning for example is a killer...
