This was sent to me today. Only problem 1) the vote wasn't rigged in #Hastings and 2) you couldn't have used the local ballot papers anywhere else [she's saying they were used in 30 marginals!] . What is sad in Hastings is the appallingly low voter turnout - for whatever reason.
