Leaving Belfast too soon - will be back in the relatively warm South coast channel as soon as tomorrow... the 6h swim yesterday setting in - as Simon said it was the hardest swim he's ever done .... me too likely - I'm not going to argue as I'm hurting in new places. Also forgot to thank a few more people that have helped --- Hypnotist and sports psychologist Heather Mallory http://ift.tt/1JH5STC really got me through it --- she's brilliant and definitely put my mind over matter; Helena Morewood http://ift.tt/1JczUAE who is a brilliant physio - and did various alignments and re-adjustments pre swim; Oliver Ashton Ollybars too fuelled training for the swim .... I don't like protein bars, nor other ones - but those will definitely be on the boat.... 10 weeks to prepare and we're ahead of schedule. Now i Just need someone to buy a new Lifeboat.... working on this from Monday.
